The Elk Grove dealership (service department) has been terrible since 2018. I’ve had several instances where the follow through has been subpar. On my recent visit, I informed the service provider (Big Red) that my bumper was not on correctly. There was no follow through to determine how that happened. I take great care of my vehicle and have never altered the bumper so when I noticed it not flush I let service know and they did nothing to resolve the issue. This is simply not a well-ran department and it’s been that way for a long time.
Poor communication. No updates on repairs. Long wait holds on updates. They don't know what's going on in the office. You have to be persistent to be helped.

The service and communication were terrible. I wouldn’t return to this dealership at all if I didn’t have to go back so they could fix the problem they failed to repair correctly the first time. As other customers have mentioned, I left my car expecting it to be finished the next day. Five days later, I still hadn’t received a single update, and the advisor never returned any of the many messages I left.
The success of my service was due to the excellent communication of the service provider William. He kept me in the loop regarding repairs, warranty approvals and completion of the work on my truck. I truly believe he displays exemplary service skills.

Extremely disappointing experience with the service department regarding our 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe.
We have been dealing with an unresolved sensor issue for nearly 3 months with little communication, follow-up, or urgency from the dealership. During that time, the vehicle ultimately became inoperable due to a radiator failure and had to be towed in at our expense.
The dealership later denied warranty coverage by claiming “road debris damage,” yet the documentation and photo evidence provided did not clearly identify a puncture or definitive impact-related failure. Despite repeated requests, no detailed diagnostic evidence or complete technical explanation was provided before reaching that conclusion.

The prices seem high to me. I didn't think I would be paying so much for a 150,000 mile service. I was really surprised. I'm glad that the service advisor worked with us so we could make the best decision in terms of necessary services for our vehicle.

This dealership has subpar service every time I go to take in my vehicle. They lack communication and professionalism to their paying customers. You make a morning appointment (7:30 am) and drop off your vehicle expecting that by mid day or the end of the day they would call you to update you about your vehicle and the issue.
